The Estimate is complete, approved by the client,

and is now submitted to the Insurance Carrier.

It is now time for Righteous Claims to submit a

Sworn Statement in Proof Of Loss. The Proof Of Loss

is to obtain a formal statement from the Policy Holder regarding

the true circumstances and scope of property loss.

It is up to you, the policyholder, to provide a Proof Of

Loss Statement for your Claim to be Processed.

It is customary and generally required that the Proof of Loss

be submitted by a specific date- a time frame of typically 60 days.
